Cancellation:

 

If you wish to cancel your course subscription, you can do so by contacting our customer support team. If the cancellation is made before the start of the course, you will receive a full refund. If the cancellation is made after the course has started, you will be charged for the days you have already used and the remaining amount will be refunded.

 

Refunds:

 

To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 14 days of the date of purchase. To initiate the refund process, you will need to provide proof of purchase and a reason for your dissatisfaction with our services. Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

 

Exceptions:

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for any courses that have been completed. Additionally, we do not offer refunds for any promotional or discounted courses.
