Introduction To Our Institute
BrainSTREAM boasts an innovation centre and leading program that equips children with 21st-century skills. It engages the main learning areas viz STREAM (Science, Technology, Robotics, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics.
STREAM education combines these disciplines to create an integrated hands-on learning experience. This problem-based approach encourages and facilitates the development of curiosity, creativity, cognitive, communication, social and emotional skills, problem-solving, and agency. Situated in Extension 11 Gaborone, BrainSTREAM is purposefully designed to offer a range of exciting programs and activities to both learners and schools. We are targeting age groups from 4 years old to 15 years old to create a solid foundation for implementing STREAM making them leaders in the innovation space and internationally competitive in the next 5 years.
It is estimated that in the future 80% of jobs will require STREAM skills. Brainstream focuses on holistic learning that will be essential for any profession, whether one becomes an astronaut, an accountant, a fashion designer, a painter, or a chef. And, we do it in a fun way!
